It's time for another fun challenge here at Send a Smile 4 Kids and this time we are challenging you to make a card using a punch or a diecut or a mixture of those and enter our challenge for a chance to win a great prize. Did I say A prize? I meant you could win one of THREE great prizes! That's right- we have three great sponsors this time! Our first sponsor is Stamp Shoppe Creations and Heidi, the owner and a dear friend of mine as her shop is within walking distance of my home and so I am in there all the time:) is giving the random winner of her prize a $15 gift certificate to her online shop! Our second sponsor is Sassy Cheryl's Digital Stamps and their prize up for grabs is a $5 gift certificate. And our third sponsor is Crop Stop and their prize is a $15 gift certificate! Our design team used awesome images from Stamp Shoppe Creations and Sassy Cheryl's to create their awesome cards below.

And of course you could also be picked as one of our Top Three and have the honor of joining our slide show and receive a Top Three blog badge for your blog.

We are also introducing a new member today of our design team, now called TEAM S.A.S.(Send a Smile with a bit of Sas!)  We are thrilled to welcome Lucianna Dilsaver to our team! I have followed Lucianna's blog Dilsaver Designs since we both become members of another design team, and was so impressed with her card ideas and professionalism, I asked her to join our team and she said yes! Here is what Lucianna shared about herself as an introduction:

My name is Lucianna Dilsaver of Dilsaver Designs,   I am a work from home mom of 4, ranging from 3 to 10.  I live on the West coast, in Oregon, only an hour away from the beach and love it.   There is always tons and tons of rain but it is always green which is the plus side.  I have an absolute love for card making.  I started out scrapbooking 12 years ago and have always loved anything artsy since I was a wee one.  It kind of got away from me, due to having children J  and I got back into it, but this time with cards and I haven’t stopped.  I just started posting my work on my blog in April of 2010 to document my designs and projects and I have met so many wonderful people. I love that I am able to share my God given abilities with others and I absolutely adore that I continue to learn new mediums and designs through the wonderfully vast blogworld.   I look forward to many more years of new ideas and new friends.

Take a look at the cards Lucianna shared with us today for this challenge and you will see why we are so happy to welcome her to our team! Both cards use images from Sassy Cheryl's. Then please visit her blog and leave a message of congratulations and love for Lucianna.

We also are pleased to share a card from a Guest Design Team Member today! Jackie Randolph has been a part of our Top Three picks in the past and graciously agreed to join us today as a guest member of our team for this challenge. She has a lovely blog here so check it our for inspiration and great cards! Jackie was given the Sassy Cheryl's digitals to play with and this is her awesome card:

Winners and More Great News!

(For our current challenge, please go here.)

Today we are announcing the winners of our For The Boys Challenge, but first we have some great news to share with you. Shelby Thomas of Color of Happy has agreed to join our design team! Shelby is a very talented cardmaker and she has contributed some beautiful works of art for our kids! Take a look at a couple cards Shelby has shared with us for you to enjoy:

Aren't they great?! And here is what Shelby shared about herself for her introduction as the newest member of TEAM S.A.S.:

I live in the beautiful state of CO with my husband and brood of kids.  When I'm not crafting, I like to do all the things CO has to offer...hiking, mountain biking, skiing etc. but I don't do camping (there are things that will eat me out in those mountains!).  I started crafting in April 2010 when I needed something to keep me out of the cookie jar.  About four months into card making, I discovered copics and have been "addicted" ever since.  I started my blog recently, though I stalked the crafting blogoland for the last year just drooling over what other crafters were able to create and trying to learn as much as I could.  I look forward to working with the fabulous team members of Send a Smile 4 Kids, viewing the fabulous work from the participants of the challenges, and learning even more about the world of crafting.
Please join me in welcoming Shelby and leave her some love and congrats on her blog
Now onto the winners of our For the Boys Challenge! The random winner of Glitterbabe's $10 gift certificate is #18 Nancy D! And the winner of Kenny K's prize of 3 digital stamps of her choice is #14 Liesbeth S! To see the winner's cards, just click on their names. Ladies- please grab your winner's blog badges from the side of the blog and send me an email at khasheck@gmail.com so that I can get you in touch with the sponsors to collect your prizes.
Our top three as voted on by TEAM S.A.S. this time includes one very familiar name. The newest member of our design team introduced today was one of the biggest vote getters from this challenge! Shelby's Top Three card is this one:
Can you see why we are thrilled to have her as part of our team? The other two top vote getters are:

Congratulations to our Top Three! Your cards are awesome. Please grab the SAS4Kids Top 3 Blog Badge from the side to place on your blogs with pride! And if you would like to be a future guest design team member on one of our challenges, just send me an email at khasheck@gmail.com.
Remember our current challenge "Anything Goes for Kids" is still going on until Friday August 19th at noon CST. And remember too to send in your kids cards to Send a Smile 4 Kids so we can cheer children and their families when they are inpatient in Children's Hospitals. All the info you need is in the tabs on the top of the blog.
